1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using QuoteLock, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and all applicable laws and regulations.

2. Description of Service

QuoteLock is a mobile application that allows contractors and service professionals to create quotes, obtain digital signatures, generate invoices, and manage clients.

3. Subscription Terms

QuoteLock offers the following subscription options:

• Monthly: $19.99 per month
• Yearly: $119.99 per year

A 5-day free trial is available for new subscribers. Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.

4. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple ID Account Settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

5. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

6. User Content

You retain ownership of all content you create in QuoteLock. By using the service, you grant us a limited license to store and process your content to provide the service.

7. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use the service for any unlawful purpose, attempt to gain unauthorized access, transmit harmful code, or violate any applicable laws.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

QuoteLock is provided "as is" without any warranties, express or implied.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, QuoteLock shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
